If the client wishes to additionally paint the object inside and out, we recommend using the special Finnish wood paint
"Tikkurila" guaranteed by the manufacturer for up to 10 years or more (there are representatives in Serbia). Alternatively,
the client can use any wood painting material at their discretion. In any case, painting the facade and interior will be much
cheaper and faster, yet more aesthetic than conventional facade repair and interior finishing with drywall, paints, etc.

THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS AND WALL THICKNESS

  • 45 mm (approximate prices on the site are for wall thickness of 45 mm)
This wall thickness is suitable for temporary use throughout the year (shops, cafes, rental houses for seasonal use,
campsites, short-term rental, etc.) at almost any temperature, or for permanent residence in conditions down to -10°C.

  • 70-90 mm
This thickness is suitable for permanent residence and use in colder climates down to -25°C.

IMPORTANT!

Our clients should not worry that "the walls are very thin" and there will be problems.
We remind you that our objects are made using a special technology at a modern factory, and all parts perfectly complement each other, excluding the penetration of cold, moisture, and wind. At the same time, objects made of special northern Finnish dry wood remain "breathable" and warm under various temperatures and conditions throughout the year. As we mentioned, specific calculations confirmed by tests show that 45 mm walls of our special material correspond to a 2-
brick wall in terms of heat retention, and 70-90 mm walls correspond to a 3-4 brick wall. Our objects retain heat longer and
have a more comfortable atmosphere inside due to their natural basis.
In countries like Germany, England, Scandinavian countries, usually for small objects we offer for various purposes, a wall
thickness of 27 mm is used. We immediately offer our clients a material thickness of 45 to 90 mm, guaranteeing additional confidence and comfort.

WINDOWS AND DOORS

From extensive production experience, we know that 70% of heat in various objects is usually lost due to poor-quality
windows and doors. That's why we equip our objects only with high-quality Finnish-made windows and doors using 2 or 3 glasses from wood, PVC profile, and aluminum. All windows and doors have a quality "multilock" system and come with aluminum parts for installation and adjustment.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR SELF-ASSEMBLY OF OUR OBJECTS

We remind you that each self-assembly kit is delivered to the customer in the form of well-packaged bundles and contains
detailed instructions for self-assembly on their land. All parts are numbered, and each kit includes several standard parts for free in case the customer damages a part during assembly. In any case, the assembly process takes only a few days with a few people.

FOUNDATION

A special advantage of our Finnish self-assembly objects is that they do not require a powerful foundation. This is a
significant saving of money and time for our customers. You can simply install small posts of construction stone, level the
surface, and immediately start assembling the object.
Each object's kit, regardless of the project, includes special square boards that the customer attaches to the foundation (or
posts), and then the first wall element is attached around the perimeter with special screws. The assembly process then
continues like a "constructor". Our objects designs are light, yet very strong, rigid, and durable. This is their special
advantage.
We recommend quickly and inexpensively installing a foundation using metal posts. This technology is perfect for use at any time of the year, on uneven plots, on plots with a high water content in the ground, on sand, etc. (except for plots with a lot of large stones in the ground).

ELECTRICITY, INSTALLATIONS, AND HEATING OF OBJECTS

All our objects generally have a relatively small area but are highly functional. This means that additional costs for
installation, electricity, and heating are minimal. All communications can be quickly and cheaply laid either in the floor of the object or openly, including the trendy "retro design" (see photos).
Additionally, for extra warmth in objects used in cold regions, a quick and inexpensive solution is possible for insulating the
roof and floor both inside and out. However, as a rule, this is not particularly necessary. Heating our objects is usually
sufficient with electric heating, not constantly but only in the cold months of the year and only when the object is directly in
use.
